UV Filters: Uvinul A Plus, Tinosorb S

Preparation

I applied the sunscreen on my left arm, wait for 40 mins* and take a photo using UV camera (Sunscreenr).

*I did some errands before coming back to take a pic. Rest assured I didn't disturb my arm lol

Removal

It's not a water resistant sunscreen, so I just wash it with clean and clear face wash and rubbed not-so-vigorously under running water. Both pretty much remove the sunscreen.

Review / Thoughts:

For reference, I have oily skin, living in humid tropical southeast asia (near equator). Humidity reaches ~90%, UV index ranging 9-11 daily (reaches >12 when it's noon, 11am-1pm). I have very light morning routine: benzoyl peroxide leave on > niacinamide serum (water weight) > Lits Moist Lotion (liquidy toner) > sunscreen.

This is has more matte finish than the Purito Centella Unscented. This is also has very similar formula with Keep Cool Bamboo Soothe Sun Essence (my post here).

The texture of this is thicker than the Keep Cool version however, and this feels heavier than the Keep Cool. Both of these never pill on reapplication, but it can feel heavier and heavier as day goes on.

This kinda makes my face sweat though, that being said, this actually held better than the Purito Centella Unscented (due to being heavier texture I guess) when I applied both half-half on my face.

The facial sweating was getting out of hand so I demoted this to body use. I have finished the whole tube on my body. And I really can feel the heaviness on my (kinda hairy) arms, even by the end of the day without reapplication on my body.

It's cheaper than the Keep Cool, I got it for $21 for 50ml; in comparison, I can get Purito Centella Unscented for S$15ish for 60ml, Keep Cool Sun Essence S$28.50 for 50ml.

Overall, I'm not mad at this purchase. Seeing it actually held up during indoor exercise, I think it is suitable for those who don't have much sun exposure, esp for drier skin type.

About UV camera

Disclaimer: I only use this to see if a sunscreen disperses an even layer (or patchy and spotty); and if I miss out a spot during application. It's not by all means to measure the sunscreen protection level. Got mine from sunscreenr.com. It's compatible with android phone.
